National selection round:
Saf Viet will organize the national selections from the 14th December to the 16th December 2010 in Ho Chi Minh City. This event is seen as one major attractive event in the Bakery field, one of the first in Vietnam. The event will take place at Big C supermarket, in their An Lac premises. The event, occurring in a public place, will allow candidates to perform in front of a wide public, as the working and baking area is an open-view for the supermarket’s visitors to observe and enjoy the contest.
On 2010 December the 16th : The national team of Vietnam is selected!
