Australia is competing in the Louis Lesaffre Cup for the first time, an opportunity for the country to reach the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (Bakery World Cup).
The team members are accustomed to competitions. They are aware of the importance of an international event of this quality and are keen to make their mark in this Asia selection round.
Accompanied and supported by the Southern Cross Baking Group (SCBG), the Australian team will be coached by Will McPhail, its Vice President.
