The 4th and last international selection round for the third edition of the Louis Lesaffre Cup will take place during the INTERBAKE Show in Canton for the Asia zone. 6 countries will take part in this competition from 20th to 22nd May 2011.

The Louis Lesaffre Cup ASIA PACIFIC selection round brings to a brilliant close a series of four worldwide selections and provides us with the names of the lucky fnalists : Japan and South Korea are now on the list of countries qualifed to compete in the 2012 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (Bakery World Cup).
