National selection round:

National trials for the Argentinean Louis Lesaffre Cup team were held from 7-11 June 2010 at Quilme's "Escuela de Panaderia del Centro de Panaderos," a member of the Argentinean Bread Industry Federation (FAIPA).
The three winning candidates were appointed to represent Argentina at the American international selection rounds, hold at IBIE in September 2010.
