Candidates who have competed in the Louis Lesaffre Cup and Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie have been assessed as part of their team and also as individuals. This competition aims for excellence, selecting the very best candidates who have been observed in each category.
This means that, even if a team has not won a competition, some candidates have proved especially brilliant in their category and are then given the opportunity to face an individual challenge and compete for the prestigious title of MASTER BAKER.
