Josep Pascual Aguilera is one of the most famous bakers in Spain. For several years now, he’s been sharing his expertise and has been training bakers by teaching them his particular method. He gives courses in Spain but also in different places in the world. Josep has already participated in various bakery competitions. He was the Bread candidate of the Spanish team for the Louis Lesaffre Cup 2006-2007. He then became a member of the jury for the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris in 2012. In 2015 he has got a new challenge, be the coach of the spanish team and do the best he can to take them to the next Coupe du Monde !
