What's your experience?
“Three years ago I ended up at Boulangerie Verba where I started with an internship. They then asked me to stay. Now I follow the training executive bread and pastry. I’ve been working here with pleasure for three years now.”
What do you expect from the competition ?
“I expect it becomes a very educational experience. I will learn a lot of new things in a short time. And I'm looking forward to meet others confectioners and bakers.”
What do you want to achieve in the future?
“For now I'm still not finished learning at Bakery Verba. I hope to learn a lot in this business about bakery and patisserie. There is still plenty of challenge and I also see the opportunity to participate still several competitions.”
