The young hopeful

For the past few years, a competition for young apprentices has been held at the Moulins de la Concorde training centre, as part of the Fête du Pain, in conjunction with the Hotel School of Mauritius. Raymond Florian was spotted during this competition and singled out to be the Mauritian young hopeful.

 





The national selection

At the beginning of February 2015, Mauritian company ‘Les Moulins de la Concorde’ finished the national selections for Mauritius, the third country in the Africa Mediterranean zone to present its team for the 4th edition of the Louis Lesaffre Cup. It is the first time that Mauritius has entered this bakery competition and the country is going to do whatever it takes to succeed…
