Au Yang thinks bread is the most delicious food in the world and participating to the Louis Lesaffre Cup gives an opportunity to all the bakers to meet together around this common passion that is bread.
The Young Bakery Hopeful
Minze MA, who looks a bit shy at first sights, is a real professional baker! He was chosen from Shanghai Young Bakers. The Shanghai Young Bakers is a charity program providing free training in French bakery to marginalised Chinese youth aged 17 to 23, enabling them to find qualified jobs and lead independent lives after graduation. Minze Ma’s dream would be to open a bakery store in his hometown. Joining the Louis Lesaffre Coupe is a big opportunity for him to learn new techniques from well-known bakers. He is very happy to participate to the Asia-Pacific Louis Lesaffre Cup.
