The coach

 Brett NOY

" After competing in the Louis Lesaffre Cup, and being a member of the jury for the Coupe du monde de la Boulangerie, then competing again in the 2014 Bakery Masters, it was of course the natural progression for me to move into the role of coach for this next edition. My own experience was incredible, I learnt so much and made so many new friends around the world, it is important that now others in Australian baking have those opportunities to expand their knowledge and skill, and meet new friends. The Louis Lesaffre Cup not only develops skill, but also in time can develop an industry, Southern Cross Baking Group see the Coupe as a very important part of the development of the Australian Baking Industry, and its future leaders.I am honored to be a part of this incredible opportunity, and, to spend time with our team, seeing them grow and develop as part of this process is now my greatest reward! "
