LOUIS LESAFFRE CUP - EUROPE

June 2010 - The national team is selectioned !

The final of the Louis Lesaffre Cup Ukraine-2010 took place in Kiev on the 23-26 of February, 2010 within the bounds of the “International Forum of Food Industry and Packing” IFFIP 2010 during the exhibition «Baking and confectionery industry».

During this competition, four teams from Lviv, Dnipropetrovs’k and Kiev competed.  This selection round helped to decide the team that will compete in the European international selection round at the SIRHA Show in January 2011. The national Ukrainian team includes:

• Igor’ JIDALGO (Bread)
• Lyudmila SEN’KO (Viennese pastry)
• Olga VOLOSCHUK (Artistic piece).

Leading bread specialist worldwide, Mr. Joseph DORFER (on the left of the photo) was a member of the jury, together with other renowned experts, Hervé BOURDON and Bonar GALINA.
