February 2009 - selection of the national team

The MOBAC Show which was held in Osaka from 25th to 28th February 2009 provided the opportunity to select the Japanese national team.

Mr NAGATA (Artistic Piece), Mr SASAKI (Viennese Pastry) and Mr HATANAKA (Bread) are the first candidates through to the 3rd edition of the Louis Lesaffre Cup. They are already starting to train to meet their Asian counterparts during the Asian international selection rounds, to be held in Shanghai in May 2011.
