A fine Asian selection round to look forward to


The final selection round for the Louis Lesaffre Cup is approaching fast! This final stage will take place at the Interbake Show in Canton (China) from 26th to 28th May 2011, when seven teams will be in the running. Over three days, they will be part of the effervescent atmosphere surrounding the Louis Lesaffre Cup, contributing their enthusiasm and their expertise to this unmissable competition.


Country table and competition days for the Pacific Asia zone

The Asia zone has always stood out from the rest for the excellence and finesse of its artistic pieces. Competitors from all over the world will have their eyes glued to these teams.

Two countries from the Asia zone will earn the right to compete in the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (Bakery World Cup), alongside the teams already selected by the Louis Lesaffre Cup: USA and Peru (America); Netherlands, Sweden and Poland (Europe); Senegal (Africa Mediterranean). These teams will join France, Taiwan and Italy, the pre-selected countries.

The Pacific Asia zone winners will be announced at a results announcement ceremony to be held on:
