The twelve teams for the Bakery World Cup have been selected!

 

The third Louis Lesaffre Cup has just come to an end after completing its round the world tour… America, Europe, the Mediterranean, Africa and Asia have all put forward their best teams first for the national selections, then internationally: South Korea, Costa Rica, the USA, Japan, the Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Senegal and Sweden.

 

Our best bakers in the world join the teams of the three preselected countries for the Bakery World Cup, which are France, Italy and Taiwan

 

 

Before meeting for the Bakery World Cup in March 2012 at the Europain trade show (Nord-Villepinte, Paris), you have the opportunity to follow their journey to the finale through regularly updated interviews and photos of the team.

The Louis Lesaffre Cup has become an absolute must for the Profession!
It is 6,000 bakers, 90 team selections, 40 countries involved in the previous edition of this baking competition in 2006-2007.
